This one tends to be a bigger problem for the platform speaker from what I’ve seen, than for anyone else. It can certainly be true of any information marketer, but here’s what I’ve seen happen frequently from platform speakers.

They get the audience stirred up (in a good way), and folks are rushing to the sales table to order Speaker X’s package. But the package includes some component(s) that aren’t yet fully developed. According to the presentation, things will be ready to go within a couple of weeks.

But, invariably, two weeks turns into a month. Then, a month turns into two months. You get the picture. Now people are getting antsy, and refund requests begin to pour in. It’s not a pretty sight.

The solution – make sure you don’t sell a product from the stage that isn’t yet fully developed. If you absolutely must deliver a presentation where you’re selling something that isn’t completed, you had better at least make sure you have some component (either physical or digital) that can be delivered to the purchasers quickly to keep them happy until the remainder of the product is ready.

How does this apply to you if you’re not a platform speaker? Pretty much the same way. If you’re planning a specific launch date for your information product, work the dates backwards to determine when all the product development work needs to be completed.

If you think it’s going to take a week to edit your audio or video, then you need to allot two to three weeks in your schedule. If you think it’s going to take 10 days to finish up the writing or the manual, you had better plan on 20 or more.

We see it time and time again. Information marketers who don’t plan properly who are scrambling at the last minute to get things to their fulfillment house to produce the product. This can mean delayed deliveries and rush charges for jobs, neitehr of which is a desireable thing.

Whether you speak from the stage or not, be sure your product is ready to deliver when you’re ready to sell it. Communication with your customers is critical. If you manage their expectations proactively, then you can minimize the potential harm from not having a product ready to go. But the keyword here is “proactively.” Better to just make sure it’s done so you don’t have to worry about it.

Everyone has heard of crop circles, but what are they and why do they appear?
The formations that are found predominantly fields of grain growing crops mysteriously appear in an area where there was nothing but crops the previous day. The appearance of crop circles was a phenomenon that has been reported even before there were cameras to capture the image.

In the 1970s there were various circles that were documented in crops in England. They appeared every year and the patterns became more intricate. There were many people who believed the crop circles were arranged by aliens from outer space. Although they were not studied much before this time, there have been instances recorded that proves the existence of these crop circles far earlier.

Cryptologists have found stone and wall carvings which point to the existence of crop circles as far back as prehistoric times. There is also recorded proof of this strange occurrence in ancient Egypt. Ireland is one place that there have been prehistoric wall carvings found that were spiral patterns. These were found in Newgrange.

The documented crop circles found in 1999 were numbered at least 190 after having a noticeable increase recorded in the early 20th century with the major increase in the 1960s. They are found more frequently in the UK but there are many other countries where this strange sighting has been reported including the USA, Africa, Canada, Russia, and Japan to name a few.

Approximately 200 new crop circles are reported every year. They appear all around the world in over 30 countries. However, the bulk have appeared in England. The patterns are intricate, geometrical, and have a precision which is impossible to comprehend a person or persons doing in the middle of the night and finishing by morning. Most of the crop circles are found in wheat or barley fields but they also have shown up in grass, rice paddies, maize, oats, snow and ice.

There have been many supposed explanations for the appearance of the crop circles from overuse of fertiliser to cows that are gifted when it comes to creating these geometric masterpieces. The idea of pranksters has come to mind more often than not. There are many who believe this is the reason for the crop circles but in order to make the circles appear overnight it would take quite a few very talented people working non stop.

As early as 1686, Robert Plot, who was a British scientist, wrote a book called A Natural History of Staffordshire . This book had many geometric patterns found on land in the area which were circles as well as spirals and squares in rings. Some of the patterns were 150 feet across. The book states that the area of the circles had soil which was loose and much drier than would normally be present. The plants also had a peculiar substance similar to mouldy bread on them. His thoughts on these crop circles were they were formed by lightning.

Regardless of the reasoning that is attributed to the crop circles by those who believe they are hoaxes, it does seem strange that in the UK, Wiltshire in particular, the crop circles are near ancient sites that have a sacred meaning.

With so many options available in the market, an organization is bound to get confused while choosing the most useful equipment for the organization. However, while choosing phone conferencing equipment, an organization should make the following considerations:

* The sound quality and clarity offered by the system.

* The features present in the system and whether they will prove useful for the organization.

* The number of microphones. More the number of microphones better will be the sound clarity.

* The capability of the system in accordance to the number of expected participants and the size of the conference hall.

It should be able to capture clear image even if there is low light in the room.

Free advertising goes hand in hand with the Internet. If you search Google for the term Free Advertising you will find some 288 million results. That’s not just confusing, thats totally mind boggling.

Where do you start, and more to the point how do you figure out which ones work and which don’t. You try a few, you waste lots of time and energy and before long you stand the chance of being burned out before you even make a sale.

There is another way.

It’s the Search Sub Engine, you can list your business as many times as you wish and unlike any other free method the Search Sub Engine is also a search method used by millions of surfers everyday. People who are looking for the very product you are selling, only previously, they were unable to find you.

You list in a category or sub category that suits your business best. and all the while you are listed on the Search Sub Engine your listing will rotate towards the very top, the #1 result, ensuring that you always receive your fair share of any traffic generated.

It doesn’t take a genius to immediately see the benefits this can bestow on your business. Reaching the top position for your search criteria is very likely your #1 goal for your business.

You will definitely have been striving for this position with the search engines since day one of your business. But it’s not so easy with the search engines, and that’s simply because there are only so many top spots to fill.

It’s likely that the top spots with the search engines are constantly occupied by long established companies or those fortunate enough to have a massive advertising budget. This leaves you and your business struggling to feed off the very slim pickings and surfers that may eventually venture further out with their search and perhaps accidentally stumble across your website.

With Search Sub Engines this cannot happen. It doesn’t matter to a Search sub Engine if you have the largest advertising budget available, it wont buy any favor.

Every single listing, whether that be the fortune 500 company or the sole online trader has exactly the same opportunity to harvest their fare share of the traffic it generates. So such competition, the main competition, that for top spot, doesn’t exist.

Nor can any home page sponsored ads be purchased, or top of the page sponsored links. You wont find any adsense or other forms of distraction which might pull visitors away from your website. And no one, other than the Search Sub Engine itself is able to make use of banner ads, so everything remains as fair and as even as it can possibly be.

The Search Sub Engine offers everyone, website owners and searchers alike, something previously not available on the Internet and that is a perfectly equal opportunity for all and a free on at that.

So, it stands to reason, that you should at the very least, give it a try. And it makes sense to add it to your arsenal of reliable traffic generating tools.

For this article, it follows on from my previous how lays out one method for creating quality ebooks. Yes – its a little cheky, a little lazy, but it saves us time and more importantly – it works.

Now what we’re going to do is use other peoples hard work to create our very own unique products. Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it. However this is a very real opportunity that the top gun ebook publishers use time and time again to create products in lightning quick time.

Go to www.goarticles.com. If you’ve had a look at my last article about finding a niche, you’ll now be looking for some quality content. Yes, you can write it yourself, but as others have already written our articles for us, lets use them instead.

You see web site owners write articles and submit them to article directories so that they get free publicity for their sites. At the end of each article is a link back to their web site with a bit of information about their site for example. These site owners want people to take that article and market it to people so they get visitors to their site without spending a dime on marketing. This is perfect for savvy entrepreneurs who are willing to spend a few hours of their time in order to profit for many years to come.

What we can do at go articles.com is type in a niche in the search bar at the top right (make sure it’s on “article content” rather than search by author). Type in your niche market. So for example type in “gardening”. You’ll get thousands of result related to what you have searched for. Now what simply go through the results finding at least seventy quality articles related to the dog market and copy and paste them into Word.

Just make sure they are quality articles. If you create an ebook using rubbish you’ll just get a high refund rate and it will all be a pointless and frustrating.

If you can try and tie all the articles together in one sub niche. For example a sub niche of dogs might be training your dog. So you could find articles on stopping your dog from barking at night, toilet training that kind of thing. Use a bit of imagination when using this method.

Email Article Authors

You don’t want to use any articles without the authors permission. Remember the majority of articles will have been submitted so the author can get visitors to their site without spending a dime. However you never want to breach any copyright laws. To avoid this email the authors of each article. Explain to them that you are creating an ebook aimed at their niche market. You’d love to include their article in your book and you’ll include a link back to their site and information about them. Also ask them if they have any other articles you could include.

You can expert around seventy percent (minimum) of authors you contact to be delighted you’re going to include their article in your book. Just ditch the ones left.

Put the articles in an order that makes sense and create a contents page. Use the titles of the articles as contents topics. You could even create chapters aimed at solving certain problems people in your niche have. So for example if you were creating an ebook on golf you could create a section on improving your golf swing, a section on the mind game of golf and so on. All articles would make up separate chapters.

Finally write a short introduction and conclusion. These only need to be a few paragraphs each. Tell people what they can expect to learn and make sure you sign off using your name. Instantly you will establish yourself as an expert. You can also link to your back end products at the end of the book to increase your sales.

Finally you need to turn it into an ebook to sell. Go to http://www.primopdf.com/ and download the software. Don’t worry it won’t cost you a dime. Once downloaded all you need to do is in your word software hit “file” and then “print” and then select “primo PDF” as your printer. Voila. You’ve just created an ebook using other peoples hard work. This whole process can be done in just a few hours. Obviously you may need to wait a day or two for the article authors to get back to you but apart from that you’re all set! Anyone can use this method to create more ebooks than you’d ever be able to sell.

Thats a great method right? I mean it won’t cost you anything to create a product yet you could sell hundreds if not thousands of copies and keep all the profits using other peoples hard work!

No fuss. No drawbacks. Just try a few to see how easy it is.

The most common Japanese bathtub is called a furo or an ofuro. The first ofuro were made out of wood, but modern baths are created from acrylic glass, tile, or stainless steel. The ofuro inspired the Western bathtub, but the two bathtubs have a couple visual differences. An ofuro is smaller, deeper, and has square, boxy sides. In contrast, a Western bathtub is longer, shallower, and has sloping sides.

In the past, ofuro were heated by a wood burning stove underneath the tub. Nowadays, the modern bathtub has a recirculation system that filters and reheats the water. Some families use the hot water from the finished bath to do their laundry in the washing machine. Japanese hot tubs (http://www.mybath.biz/servlet/the Hot Tubs/Categories) or spas are extremely warm, and are commonly heated to a temperature of 100 108 degrees Fahrenheit.

In traditional bathing, the entire family uses the same bathwater. The oldest male or the guest of the house goes first and the rest of the family follows in order of seniority. However, many young women in modern times refuse to bathe after their fathers. In families with larger tubs, it is not uncommon for families to bathe together in the same tub. Many parents bring babies and toddlers to the bath with them.

Ofuro are meant more for relaxing than they are for becoming clean. Because the entire family uses the same bathwater, it is considered extremely rude to go into the bath without becoming completely clean beforehand. The bathroom fixtures (http://www.mybath.biz/) usually include a small faucet or shower along with the ofuro. The bather sits on a small stool where they scrub their skin and wash their hair before entering the bath. Many bathrooms are much smaller than Western bathrooms set up in a similar way to walk in showers.

While several modern homes and hotels have private bathtubs, many people still use public bath houses or sent& #333; instead of private baths. Males and females are almost always segregated, excluding the extremely rural areas of Japan. Almost all baths do not allow swimsuits or towels to be worn in the bath, everyone is completely naked.

Sometimes bathers use a small hand towel to cover their genitals as they move out of the water. Many hotels offer these hot baths to their customers. Sometimes they are outdoors or on the roof. It is especially crucial to be completely washed and rinsed before entering a public bath. Bathers who contaminate the communal bathwater with outside filth are considered to be extraordinarily rude.

Onsen are baths and bath houses that use water from natural hot springs. They are usually located around the hot springs in question, and many of them are outdoors. Outdoor baths can be made out of granite, Japanese cypress, or marble.

Though the dry sauna and the regular sauna (http://blog.mybath.biz/the_my_bath_blog/2008/11/7 benefits of c.html) is of Finnish origin, saunas can be found in many Japanese sports centers and public bath houses. Like the baths themselves, these saunas are separated by gender and nudity is required.

Bath houses in Japan used to be extremely common, especially after World War II. However, there are less bath houses in modern times because of fewer customers. More and more people are able to afford houses that already have bathtubs, so they do not feel as inclined to use the public bath.

Everyone loves to get Christmas Cards. A real Christmas card is the only way to truly show people you care at Christmas, especially when you can’t be there with them during the Christmas period. Many people resort to just the sending of an e mail at Christmas but it is not the same as opening that envelope and finding that beautifully planned Christmas card inside. Give your friend’s family and even business associates the gift of having a real card this year. Many traditions are going by the wayside don’t let the Christmas card disappear as well.

Sending Christmas cards does not have to be a task. There are so many alternatives now to choose from and you can select the kind of Christmas cards you want based on the intended recipients. Real Christmas cards let people know that you care and have taken the time to remember them, and Christmas is one of those very important times of the year when everyone is generally thinking of family and friends.

Christmas cards are a special kind of gift and you can send them without having to use your life savings to do so. Sending a fun Christmas card or a personalized card is a very effective and affordable way for you to stay in touch with your family, friends, colleagues and business associates. Christmas cards are a special holiday greeting to remind people of you and to show that you have not forgotten them. Choose the type of card you want and have them printed and specialized for you.

The giving of a Christmas card is symbolic of showing those you care about or have dealings with that they have given meaning to your life over the last year and you give the card as a sign that they are remembered and valued for what they have brought to your life over the year gone by. That does not mean to say you can only send cards to friends and family, business dealings also affect your life and give meaning and you should not ignore your business associates – of course you don’t need to send them a mushy Christmas card!

You don’t have to spend hours in the card section of your local store any longer you can find your Christmas cards online. When you try to find Christmas cards at a store you often find you can not find the card that says the things you want it to say. Now you are able to order your own personalized Christmas cards online and you will be able to express your thoughts and feelings.

Here are some useful tips to deciding on what kind of card you will send:

Personalized Christmas Cards:

Include personal information relative either to yourself or your business that ensures you can send the card to anyone but that they will know it relates to you and you took the time and effort to plan the card especially for the people you know. Generally personal information or details about your family should only be used for family Christmas cards and not business Christmas cards.

religious Christmas cards

When you are not sure of the religious convictions of the people you are sending the cards to then make sure your card is not specific to any one religion. This is important when you are sending cards that will be to friends and family but even more important if you are planning to send religious cards as business Christmas cards. Perhaps in this case it may be better to stick to classic Christmas cards and put your personal annotations in for each person you are sending the card to.

Business Christmas Cards

For purely business Christmas cards you want to ensure that the card reflects the theme of your business and your appreciation for the dealings you have had with the businesses you will send cards to. When you can personalize the cards themselves to reflect your business this makes a big impact on your business associates or suppliers. Sending them personalized business Christmas cards shows your gratitude to them for their contribution to your business and your value of the business relationship with them. We have all had business Christmas cards that are generic and boring and often not signed personally, don’t become one of those businesses make a real plan for your Christmas cards this year.

Whatever type of Christmas card you are planning to send this year, make sure that you plan for the time available. Christmas seems to come around faster and faster and the appreciation your family, friends and business associates will feel from receiving a card from you or your business will be much appreciated. Don’t leave it too late. There are online Christmas card facilities to allow you to pick all the details you would want to have for your own Christmas cards and a variety of tips and hints for ensuring you get the best choice for your money. Take a look it is much easier than you think.

Christmas cards should be planned well in advance and it is worth having all your Christmas card ordering planned by October or November if not earlier so you have plenty of time for the sending process. Start out with a list of all the people you will be sending the Christmas cards to, this will give you an idea of how many Christmas cards you need to order. Shopping online for your Christmas cards is a great way to arrange a special Christmas card.

There is such a range of options to choose from, humorous or funny Christmas cards, religious, modern or contemporary Christmas cards. A great idea is to take note of how you can incorporate this Christmas card giving into support of a charity and you will find that many of the online Christmas card businesses will offer you the facility to support a charity with your Christmas card purchase. Charity Christmas cards benefit not only the receiver but when portions of the funds go to the Charity there is obviously further benefit.

Christmas is a time when people reflect on all of the special friends and family members in their lives and a time to let them know they are thinking of them by sending them a Christmas card. When including charity considerations into your card purchase you are still able to design the cards yourself and create personalised Christmas cards with the messages and greetings you wish to include inside.

Many families have a tradition of exchanging cards that only support charities and instead of purchasing generic Christmas cards they opt for personalised or even humorous Christmas cards. When you purchase from an online supplier make sure that you have the facility to allow you to give back to charities. Sending a Christmas card that supports a charity is a perfect way to support causes you care about this Christmas.

Businesses also make great use of this service in that they can give back. A charity Christmas card can be used as a means of advising what charity the funds will go to as well as spreading Christmas cheer to your valued business associates, employees or suppliers. The actual sending or receiving of the cards can also help spread the word and awareness of the charity itself. Make sure that if you are ordering your business Christmas cards online that the company you purchase from is supporting a charity with a portion of the card costs at the same time.

As a business if you follow this format of giving to charities when designing your business cards you will find that your card recipients respect the fact that you have included charity benefits in the process of your Christmas cards. Not only that but that you have taken the time to include them in your thanks for being in business with you in whatever way over the last year but also that you have included them in offering your best wishes at Christmas. Whatever the position of the recipients to your business the receiving of a Christmas card from you will help in your promotional efforts as they will remember from whom they have received cards.

So when it comes time for you to choose your Christmas cards take into account the possibility to give something back to a charity organisation and ensure that whoever you are purchasing your Christmas cards from are giving back to charity organisations. It is Christmas time after all, the time for giving and if you can give back with a Christmas card purchase to a charitable organisation you are offering benefit to not only those card recipients but the charities themselves.
